This striking class combines boxing and Muay Thai to help you develop well-rounded stand-up fighting skills.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
We work with students at all levels to prepare amateur and professional fighters for regional bouts, UFC, Bellator, and Olympic matches.
Coaches

Gabe "Kuya" Charboneau has been a lifelong martial artist, MMA Coach, writer & business professional in Colorado for over 23 years. He's worked with UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce Veterans, & Olympians. Gabe teaches boxing as a cross training opportunity for high level athletes, NFL players & Professional Bull riders at the PBR Elite Performance Center in Colorado with Former NFL player Antwon Burton.

Jeff Santos has been training in martial arts for over 20 years. His experience includes pro fights and coaching boxing at Roughhouse MMA, one of the top grappling camps in the country headed by Olympic Coach Keith Wilson, Donnie Liles, & Olympic Wrestler multi-time World Submission Champion Tori Adams. Jeff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the stellar team at Warrior Built MMA.
What I see across both the boxing and MMA landscape these days is that most gyms vary between two and three times a week and when strategically, this is more than adequate for most athletes. I try to wind down any hard sparring at least 2 weeks in advance of a bout and this should be supplemented with 3/4 speed technical work until 7 days out.
